NeT is governed and managed by:

•  A board of Trustees consisting of business men with a passion for transformation.
• A full-time manager, Cobus Behrens, reports to the board of Trustees, and is responsible for the daily mangement of NeT.
• A team of associating project leaders are responsible for project scouting, evaluation, fundraising, reporting and capacity building.
